14 to 29 days before arrival -- 50% of paid prepayments refunded
Less than 14 days before arrival -- No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to lakeshoremanororegon@gmail.com. The date the written cancellation is received will be used to determine the applicable refund amount.
4. Bookings Made Through Airbnb or VRBO
If your reservation was made through Airbnb or VRBO, the cancellation and refund policy of that platform will apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation or the respective platform's help center for details.
5. No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and are not eligible for a refund.
6. Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once a stay has commenced.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to illness, injury, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Lakeshore Manor is not responsible for losses due to events outside our control.
8. Extenuating Circumstances
In the event of an extraordinary situation — such as a natural disaster, mandatory evacuation, or other circumstances beyond either party's control — we will work with guests in good faith to find a fair resolution, which may include a credit toward a future stay.
