  • Parking — On-site parking is available at the property

  • Main floor — Common living areas including the kitchen, living room, and dining area are located on the main floor

3. Known Limitations

We want to be completely upfront about the accessibility limitations of Lakeshore Manor:

  • The property is not ADA accessible

  • All bedrooms are located on the second floor, which requires the use of stairs — there are no ground-floor sleeping accommodations

  • The outdoor areas, including the dock, lake access, fire pit, and surrounding grounds, involve uneven terrain and stairs

  • Lake and waterfront access requires navigating outdoor stairs and natural landscape features

  • The driveway is single lane and on a slope

We strongly encourage guests with mobility limitations or disabilities to contact us before booking so we can provide a full picture of the property layout and help you determine if Lakeshore Manor is the right fit for your needs.
