  • Main floor — Common living areas including the kitchen, living room, and dining area are located on the main floor

We want to be completely upfront about the accessibility limitations of Lakeshore Manor:

  • The property is not ADA accessible

  • All bedrooms are located on the second floor, which requires the use of stairs — there are no ground-floor sleeping accommodations

  • The outdoor areas, including the dock, lake access, fire pit, and surrounding grounds, involve uneven terrain and stairs

  • Lake and waterfront access requires navigating outdoor stairs and natural landscape features

  • The driveway is single lane and on a slope
